by Sharlene Gillette Civano Aging in Community provides services to our neighborhood residents who are elderly and/or disabled under the auspices of the Pima Council on Aging. We receive training and other help from the Council, and in return we report to them on our activities. The kinds of help provided range from assistance with small tasks such as light housekeeping or yard work to providing transportation or simply friendly visits and doing errands.
